Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to improve your chances of securing transportation. While we appreciate receiving requests at least one week before your appointment or travel date, all bookings are subject to availability and scheduling.
Do you accommodate more than one passenger?
Yes. Several of our vehicles can accommodate up to seven passengers. If you require transportation for multiple passengers, please let us know when submitting your booking request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer scheduled or recurring rides?
Yes. We can arrange scheduled and recurring transportation services, subject to availability. Our office staff will work closely with you to coordinate your transportation needs and will keep you informed if any scheduling adjustments are required.
